Last week in B2B: Marc Benioff bets on AI reps, CMOs evolve, HubSpot goes all-in on AI in inbound, and more
Hey B2B folks,
Last week felt like a strategy masterclass.
HubSpot’s $25B playbook got unpacked, Canva’s growth to $4B ARR came with hard-won lessons, and Stripe showed us what a $1.4T platform strategy looks like.
Meanwhile: Google’s antitrust ruling could reshape SEO, Marc Benioff swears by AI SDRs, and everyone’s suddenly talking about “AI credits.”
Additionally, new GTM benchmarks, destination content in the zero-click era, and a growth model that might just surpass freemium.
Let’s get into the best from last week, but first, a quick story.
Six months ago, we hired a full-time Head of AI engineering at our company to help us optimize our internal ops.
We’ve built a ton of systems for research, writing, operations, success, hiring, and more. Eliminated hundreds of wasted hours, and overall increased our team’s output by over 3x.
I never discussed it much until one ExitFive webinar two months ago. I’ve got hundreds and hundreds of messages on how we did it, praises, and people asking us to build similar stuff for them.
After a lot of consulting and brainstorming, we’ve finally decided to launch a new service that helps companies grow revenue, streamline operations, and cut costs by over 30% with custom AI systems.
That new project is called Ops24 - and we’re right now accepting early clients at discounted prices.
We already closed 3 deals last week, and have room for one more client in September.
This project is still in a very early phase, so we’re learning a lot by working with early clients.
So - if you’re interested in what operations can be optimized in your content, sales, support, and other departments - let us brainstorm some ideas together, with no hard strings attached. And then you can decide whether you want us to build them for you or not.
You can book a call with me here.
And now, let’s get into the best stuff from the last week:
